Water Supply Disruptions In KB, Bachok

KOTA BARU – There will be water supply disruption in several areas in the Kota Baharu and Bachok districts from 11pm today until 4am tomorrow due to cleaning work of the raw water well at the water treatment plant in Chicha here.

Air Kelantan Sdn Bhd (AKSB) customer affairs executive, Hazwan Hassan said the areas that would be affected in Kota Baharu were Kedai Baru, Kampung Banggu, Kampung Tok Ku, Kampung Cherang, Kota Jembal, Taman Aisyah, Taman Sri Binjai, Taman Sri Permai, Taman Sri Panji, Taman Banggu Jati, Kampung Lubuk Pukul and Sabak.

Also affected are Kampung Perol, Kok Lanas, Kampung Tegayung, Demit, Kedai Baru, Panji, Pasir Tumboh, Kemumin, the Pengkalan Chepa Industrial Area, Universiti Sains Malaysia Hospital in Kubang Kerian and Bandar Baru Kubang Kerian, he said in a statement here today.

In Bachok, the areas that will be affected are Alor Bakat, Kubang Telaga, Permatang Machang, Alor Ganu, Bukit Kecik, Beris Kubur Besar, Pauh Sembilan, Kampung Burung Hantu, Kampung Kulim, Kampung Pak Pura, Kampung Kedondong, Taman Mesira, Kampung Budi, Kampung Padang Jembal, Kampung Panjang, Kampung Dusun Durian and Kampung Tok Jawa.
